Hot spinach, artichoke and cheese dip

Ingredients
175 g (about 6 nuggets) Arctic Gardens spinach, cooked and well drained (125 g cooked)
175 ml (3/4 cup) cream cheese
125 ml (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
250 ml/50 g (1 cup) gouda cheese, grated
125 ml (1/2 cup) marbled cheddar cheese, grated
175 ml (3/4 cup) canned artichokes in water, drained and chopped
80 ml/40 g (1/3 cup) water chestnuts, cut into small cubes
5 ml (1 tsp) Worcestershire sauce
1/2 fresh jalapeño pepper, finely diced
A few drops of tabasco
Pepper, to taste
125 ml (1/2 cup) grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the spinach in a microwave-safe dish with a small quantity of water (approx. 2 tbsp.) and heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and squeeze the spinach to remove as much water as possible. Set aside.
- In the blender bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, gouda cheese and cheddar. Mix everything well.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients except the mozzarella cheese. Mix well using a spatula.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, add the mozzarella cheese on top and place in the oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
- Broil for a few minutes if you want to brown. Serve hot with a baguette, nachos and/or crudités. Enjoy!
