Ingredients
150 g (about 6 nuggets)
Arctic Gardens Spinach
1 rectangle-shaped puff pastry of 225 g
110 g (4 tbsp) fresh cheese or cream cheese seasoned with garlic & fine herbs, Boursin style
150 g smoked salmon, sliced
Preparation
- Cook the spinach according to the instructions on the bag, drain well and squeeze to remove as much water as possible and set aside.
- Unroll the puff pastry, spread the cheese on top, then distribute the spinach evenly.
- Arrange the smoked salmon slices on top.
- Roll up the puff pastry until halfway, then roll the other side towards the center so that the two balls of pastry meet in the middle. Leave to rest in the freezer for 30 minutes to make cutting easier.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the puff pastry roll into slices approximately 1 cm thick and place the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bites are golden brown. Serve lukewarm.
