Ingredients

  • ½ bag (375g) Arctic Gardens California vegetables
  • 90 ml (3 oz) unsalted butter
  • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) lemon zest
  • 8 ml (½ tbsp) lemon juice
  • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) lime zest
  • 8 ml (½ tbsp) lime juice
  • 8 ml (½ tbsp) orange juice
  • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) orange zest
  • a few drops Tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a pot filled with boiling salted water, blanch the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and add vegetables, zest, citrus juice and Tabasco sauce.
  3. Mix all ingredients together well. Add salt and pepper. Serve.
