Ingredients
- ½ bag (375g) Arctic Gardens California vegetables
- 90 ml (3 oz) unsalted butter
- 2.5 ml (½ tsp) lemon zest
- 8 ml (½ tbsp) lemon juice
- 2.5 ml (½ tsp) lime zest
- 8 ml (½ tbsp) lime juice
- 8 ml (½ tbsp) orange juice
- 2.5 ml (½ tsp) orange zest
- a few drops Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a pot filled with boiling salted water, blanch the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter and add vegetables, zest, citrus juice and Tabasco sauce.
- Mix all ingredients together well. Add salt and pepper. Serve.
