Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) pizza dough

½ cup (125 ml) pizza sauce

1 can 6 oz (170 g) tuna, drained

2 ½ cups (625 ml) Arctic Gardens Floret Duet

1 ½ cups (375 ml) mozzarella, grated

4 slices cooked bacon, roughly chopped

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 450o F (230o C).
  2. On a floured working surface, use a rolling pin to roll pizza dough into a rectangle shape about 14" x 10" (35 x 25 cm). Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
  3. Spread the pizza sauce onto the dough, garnish with tuna and broccoli. Cover with grated cheese and add bacon bits.
  4. Cook in the middle of the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
