Tuna, vegetable and bacon pizza
1 lb (450 g) pizza dough
½ cup (125 ml) pizza sauce
1 can 6 oz (170 g) tuna, drained
2 ½ cups (625 ml) Arctic Gardens Floret Duet
1 ½ cups (375 ml) mozzarella, grated
4 slices cooked bacon, roughly chopped
- Preheat the oven to 450o F (230o C).
- On a floured working surface, use a rolling pin to roll pizza dough into a rectangle shape about 14" x 10" (35 x 25 cm). Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the pizza sauce onto the dough, garnish with tuna and broccoli. Cover with grated cheese and add bacon bits.
- Cook in the middle of the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
