Roman Style Broccoli and Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 bag (500g) Arctic Gardens Floret Duo
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) butter
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) finely sliced prosciutto
- Salt and pepper
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped parsley
Preparation
- Cook cauliflower to desired tenderness.
- Heat butter and olive oil. Brown garlic and prosciutto until garlic turns golden.
- Add cauliflower, salt, pepper and parsley. Reheat while stirring.
- Serve.
Variations: substitute salami, bacon or ham for prosciutto. Use broccoli or a mix of cauliflower and broccoli.
