  • 1/2 bag (375g) of Arctic Gardens Thai Style Stir Fry
  • 10 to 12 oz strip-loin steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, mint or basil


  1. SLICE steak into thin bite-sized strips.
  2. STIR soy with sherry, brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger, garlic and sesame oil until cornstarch is dissolved.
  3. HEAT vegetable oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add Arctic Gardens Stir Fry Yin Yang style frozen vegetables and cook according to package directions until tender-crisp, 6 to 7 min. Transfer vegetables to a plate and reserve.
  4. RETURN pan to heat. Add steak and stir-fry until browned, 2 to 3 min. Stir in sauce, vegetables and fresh herbs. Serve over noodles or rice.
