Spicy Garlic Pork with Noodles

Ingredients
- 1/2 bag (375g) Arctic Gardens Stir Fry Asian style frozen vegetables
- 1/2 of 500g pkg spaghetti noodles
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp dark sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp hot chili-garlic sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 centre-cut, fast-fry pork chops
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation
- BRING a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente, 8 to 10 min. Drain and set aside.
- STIR cornstarch with 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce in a medium bowl until dissolved. Stir in remaining teriyaki with sesame oil, chili-garlic sauce and garlic. Set aside.
- TRIM fat from pork and remove any bones. Slice meat into thin bite-sized strips.
- HEAT 1 tbsp oil a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add pork, stirring often. Cook until no pink remains, 3 to 4 min. Remove pork to a plate and reserve.
- RETURN pan to heat and add remaining oil. Add Arctic Gardens Stir Fry Asian style frozen vegetables and cook according to package directions until tender-crisp, 6 to 7 min. Add teriyaki mixture and ¼ cup water. Cook for 1 min until slightly thickened. Add cooked pasta and pork and stir until coated. Serve immediately.
