Orange curry edamame
2 tsp (10 ml) canola oil
1 bag Arctic gardens frozen edamame
1 ½ tsp (7 ml) mild or hot curry
1/2 c (125 ml) orange juice
About ½ tsp (2 ml) salt
- In large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat and sauté the edamame and curry for 5 minutes.
- Add orange juice and salt.
- Continue cooking, stirring frequently for 5 minutes or until there is almost no liquid left and it sticks to the edamame.
