2 tsp (10 ml) canola oil

1 bag Arctic gardens frozen edamame

1 ½ tsp (7 ml) mild or hot curry

1/2 c (125 ml) orange juice

About ½ tsp (2 ml) salt


  1. In large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat and sauté the edamame and curry for 5 minutes.
  2. Add orange juice and salt.
  3. Continue cooking, stirring frequently for 5 minutes or until there is almost no liquid left and it sticks to the edamame.
  4. Serve.
