Ingredients

  • ½ bag (375g) Arctic Gardens extra fine green beans
  • 90 ml (3 oz) unsalted butter
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) dried tarragon
  • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) lemon zest
  • 8 ml (1½ tsp) lemon juice
  • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) lime zest
  • 8 ml (1½ tsp) lime juice
  • 8 ml (1½ tsp) orange juice
  • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) orange zest
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a pot filled with boiling salted water, blanch or steam the frozen green beans for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and add the green beans, tarragon, zest and citrus juice.
  3. Mix all ingredients together well. Add salt and pepper. Serve.
