Green beans in tarragon butter and lemon zest

Ingredients
- ½ bag (375g) Arctic Gardens extra fine green beans
- 90 ml (3 oz) unsalted butter
- 5 ml (1 tsp) dried tarragon
- 2.5 ml (½ tsp) lemon zest
- 8 ml (1½ tsp) lemon juice
- 2.5 ml (½ tsp) lime zest
- 8 ml (1½ tsp) lime juice
- 8 ml (1½ tsp) orange juice
- 2.5 ml (½ tsp) orange zest
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a pot filled with boiling salted water, blanch or steam the frozen green beans for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter and add the green beans, tarragon, zest and citrus juice.
- Mix all ingredients together well. Add salt and pepper. Serve.
