Ingredients

1⁄2 cup (125ml) sour cream
2 tbsp (30ml) dijon mustard
1 lemon, grated zest
3 tbsp (6g) finely chopped tarragon
Salt & Pepper from the mill
½ bag (250g) Arctic Gardens Extra Fine Green Beans
10 slices (120g) Prosciutto, thinly sliced

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
2. In a bowl, combine sour cream, mustard, zest & tarragon. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
3. Assemble bundles by taking 10-12 whole Frozen Green Beans and wrap 1 slice of prociutto around.
4. Place bundles on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
6. Serve with the creamy tarragon sauce.
