Ingredients
- 1 bag Arctic Gardens Orleans Style Vegetables
- 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cut into 2.5 cm (1 inch) pieces
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) sour cream
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) chopped fresh chives

125 mL (1/2 cup) grated old cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450oF (230oC).
- Spread vegetable mixture on half of a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Place chicken cubes on the other half.
- Season with salt and pepper and add bacon pieces on top of vegetables and chicken.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crisp.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix sour cream with chives and cheddar cheese.
- Remove baking sheet from oven and empty contents into bowl.
- Stir well to melt the cheese. Adjust seasoning and serve in bowls.
- Serve with a fork and spoon to catch all the sauce
