Recommended Method:
Sauté
*250g (1/4 bag), cook for 8-9 min.
*500g (1/2 bag), cook for 9-10 min.
1. Preheat the 12’’ (30 cm) skillet to medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp (15mL) of vegetable oil.
2. Drop the frozen vegetables into the skillet.
3. Cook for the suggested time* or until you reach the desired texture and temperature. Cover for the first minute. Stir regularly.
4. Place into a serving dish and season to taste.
Alternative Method:
Microwave (1200 watts):
*250g (1/4 bag), cook for 4-5 min.
*500g (1/2 bag), cook for 8-9 min.
1. Put the frozen vegetables into a microwave-safe dish, add 2 tablespoons of water and cover.
2. Microwave for the suggested time* or until thoroughly heated. Stir halfway through cooking.
3. After removing, let stand for 1 minute.
4. Drain if needed, season to taste and serve.
Appliances vary; Heating times are approximate.
For food safety and best quality, cook items at a minimum of 165°F (74°C).
Do not refreeze thawed product. If thawed, cook immediately.
