Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1,6 kg (3 1/2 lbs) medium ground beef
- 1 bag (1.75kg) Arctic Gardens spaghetti sauce vegetables
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 x 398 mL cans tomato sauce
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp basil
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp crushed hot pepper
Preparation
- Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add beef and cook until brown.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer on low heat until desired texture is reached. Check seasoning and serve over pasta.
