Cooking Method
Recommended Method:
Grilled (conventional oven) : (580g )
1. Preheat the oven to reach 450°F.
2. Place the frozen vegetables in a single layer on an oiled baking sheet.
3. Cook for approximately 14 to 15 minutes* until vegetables have reached the desired texture and temperature. For a roasted look, cook 6 to 12 minutes longer. Turn halfway through cooking time.
4. Put into a serving dish.
Alternative Method:
Air-fryer : (580g )
1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Place the frozen vegetables into the air fryer.
3. Cook for approximately 17 to 18 minutes* until vegetables have reached the desired texture and temperature. For a roasted look, cook 1 to 5 minutes longer. Turn halfway through cooking time.
4. Place into a serving dish.
*Appliances vary; Heating times are approximate.
For food safety and best quality, cook items at a minimum of 165°F (74°C).
Do not refreeze thawed product. If thawed, cook immediately.
