One Pot Southwest Quinoa
1. Pour the contents of the bag into a pan with 2 cup of vegetable broth.
2. Cover and cook for 20 min* on medium-high heat. Stir frequently.
3. Add your personal touch (see our suggestions below).

Serve the pre-cooked preparation on 4 tortillas. Top with cheddar, sour cream and/or guacamole. Close the end, roll and cut in half to serve. for variety, add strips of chicken or chopped plant protein.
Stuffed Quinoa peppers
Place 4 large hallowed out peppers, cut side down in an ovenproof dish and bake at 450°F (230°C) for 10 to 12 mins. Fill the peppers with the pre-cooked preparation, cover with cheese and bake for a few minutes.

For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Do not refreeze thawed product. If thawed, cook immediately.
