One Pot Pad Thai
1. Pour the contents of the bag into a pan with ¼ cup of vegetable broth.
2. Add your personal touch (see our suggestions below).
3. Cover and cook on medium-high heat for 8 minutes*. Stir frequently.
Your personal touch - suggestions:
Pad thai style
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp peanut butter
Curry and coconut milk style
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp Thai yellow curry
½ cup coconut milk
Tonkinese style soup
4 cup broth
1 tsp Chinese five-spice
fresh basil or cilantro to taste
*As appliances vary; Heating times are approximate.
For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Do not refreeze thawed product. If thawed, cook immediately.
