Buy frozen products at the end of your grocery trip. You could even use isothermal bags or in extreme heat, a cooler. Put them in the freezer as soon as you get home.
Do not overfill your freezer. To ensure that products are maintained when in the freezer, air must be able to circulate around them freelly.
Consume frozen products as quickly as possible after purchase in order to maximize the benefits: taste, texture and nutritional value.
