Stir Fry

Preheat a 12" (30 cm) skillet to medium-high.

Pour frozen vegetables in the skillet.

Stir regularly. Heat according to time chart (see product sheet). Serve immediately when cooked to stop cooking.

Steam

In a large pot, bring 250 mL of water into a boil.

Pour vegetables in a steamer and place it in the the covered pot.

Cook to medium heat according to time chart (see product sheet) or until vegetables have reached desired texture. Serve immediately when cooked to stop cooking.

Microwave Oven

Pour vegetables in a microwaveable dish with 1/4 cup of water.

Add vegetables.

Cook in microwave on high power. Heat for recommended time (see fact sheet). CAUTION: Contents extremely hot.

Grill

Preheat the grill on high 10 to 15 minutes. Onto a buttered or oiled sheet of aluminium foil, pour half of the package. Spread the vegetables in a single layer.

Close into a packet leaving a slight opening to let steam out.

Place on the grill and cook on high for 12 to 15 minutes. WARNING: the packet and its content are very hot.
