Ingredients
- 1/2 bag (375g) Arctic Gardens green beans
- 1 tbsp light miso paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 english cucumber in thin slices
- 3 Nori seaweed sheets, cut in 5
Preparation
- Blanch the green beans and put in iced water to cool down.
- In a bowl, mix miso, lemon juice, sugar and sesame oil. Add the green beans.
- Lay down the Nori sheets, add the cucumber slices, then the green beans in a perpendicular way and roll.
- Serve
