Ingredients
1 bag of One Pot Quinoa Southwestern Arctic Gardens
2 cups vegetable broth
4 large peppers
Grated cheese
Preparation
- Pour contents of bag into skillet with 2 cups of vegetable broth
- Cover and cook 20 minutes over medium-high heat. Stir regularly.
- In the meantime, remove the 4 large peppers and place the cut sides on the baking dish.
- Cook at 450*F for 10 to 12 mn
- Once the two preparations are ready, fill the peppers with quinoa, cover with cheese and bake in the oven for a few minutes.
