Lyon Style Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1 bag (750g) Arctic Gardens green beans
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 medium sized red onion, halved and sliced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Cook green beans to desired tenderness. Melt butter in a saucepan. Lightly brown garlic and onion.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Reheat and serve.
Variations: substitute peas, broccoli or carrots for green beans.
