  • 1 bag (750g) Arctic Gardens green beans
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 medium sized red onion, halved and sliced
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Cook green beans to desired tenderness. Melt butter in a saucepan. Lightly brown garlic and onion.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Reheat and serve.

Variations: substitute peas, broccoli or carrots for green beans.
