  • 1 lb (450 g) 16 sheets of lasagna
  • 2 bags of 300 g Arctic Gardens spinach dip
  • 3 c (750 ml) cooked chicken, pulled or diced
  • 2 c (500 ml) cottage cheese
  • 3 c (750 ml) grated cheese, your choice


  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water and drain again.
  2. Thaw the spinach dip according to package instructions and let cool.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 ° F (190 oC). 
  4. In a lasagna dish, cover the bottom with a little dip, add a layer of pasta, cover with half of the dip and half of the chicken. Add a layer pasta. Cover with 1 ½ cups (375 ml) of cottage cheese and 1 cup (250 ml) of the grated cheese. Add another layer of pasta, cover with the remaining dip and chicken. Add a final layer of pasta and cover with the remaining cottage cheese and grated cheese.
  5. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking for 15 minutes to brown.
  6. Cut into pieces and serve.
