Crispy fish with red peppers

Ingredients
- 8 nuggets Arctic Gardens red pepper dip
- 4 filets white fish, about 1/3 lb (150 g) each
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 c (125 ml) panko
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil

Fresh dill, to taste
Preparation
- Thaw dip according to package instructions.
- Preheat oven to 450 o F (230 o C).
- Place the fish filets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season and spread the
- dip onto the fish.
- In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs with oil and season. Press the breadcrumbs onto
- the fish.
- Bake 7 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish and until breadcrumbs are
- golden and crisp.
- Sprinkle with dill and serve.
