  • 8 nuggets Arctic Gardens red pepper dip
  • 4 filets white fish, about 1/3 lb (150 g) each
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 c (125 ml) panko
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • Fresh dill, to taste


  • Thaw dip according to package instructions.
  • Preheat oven to 450  o F (230  o C).
  • Place the fish filets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season and spread the
  • dip onto the fish.
  • In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs with oil and season. Press the breadcrumbs onto
  • the fish.
  • Bake 7 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish and until breadcrumbs are
  • golden and crisp.
  • Sprinkle with dill and serve.
