1 slice of ham 30 g (1 oz)
2 tbsp (30 ml) milk
½ cup (125 ml) Arctic Gardens vegetables for lasagna
Ground black pepper
- Cut the slice of ham into small pieces or strips.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, beat the eggs with milk.
- Add the ham and vegetables. Add pepper to taste and mix well.
- Cook in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. Cooking time will vary depending on the microwave and bowl used.
Note: This recipe can also be cooked in a lightly buttered or oiled pan. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side on medium heat.
