Ingredients

  • ½ bag ( 375g ) Arctic Gardens Italian style vegetables
  • 90 ml (3 oz) unsalted butter
  • 2,5 ml (½ tsp) dried thyme
  • 8 ml (½ tbsp) dried basil
  • 2,5 ml (½ tsp) dried oregano
  • 8 ml (½ tbsp) dried rosemary
  • 2,5 ml (½ tsp) dried parsley
  • 8 ml (½ tbsp) fennel seeds
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) chopped garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil, and cook the vegetables 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and reserve. 
  2. In a pan, melt butter. Add the vegetables, herbs, fennel seeds and garlic.
  3. Toss and stir all the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
