Roman Style Broccoli and Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 bag ( 500g) Arctic Gardens Floret Duo
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) butter
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) finely sliced prosciutto
  • Salt and pepper
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. Cook cauliflower to desired tenderness.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil. Brown garlic and prosciutto until garlic turns golden.
  3. Add cauliflower, salt, pepper and parsley. Reheat while stirring.
  4. Serve.

Variations: substitute salami, bacon or ham for prosciutto. Use broccoli or a mix of cauliflower and broccoli.
