Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag (375g) Arctic Gardens Oriental Style Mix
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) chopped thyme
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. In large bowl, combine frozen vegetables, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour in a single layer onto large foil-lined roasting pan.
  2. Bake in 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) oven until liquid from vegetables has evaporated, about 17 minutes.
